I. Preliminary Meeting (September 16, 2014)

II. Presentations by Commission Members (Late September/Early October)

III. Hearing by invitation at State House to learn from officials and experts about what is happening in the Commonwealth and what could be improved (mid-October)

IV. Public input hearing at the State House (or statewide listening tour) (November)

V. Reconvening of Commission for discussion of content and takeaways from hearings, including a conversation about whether expert input should be sought (December)

VI. Consider recommendations (January)

VII. Vote on recommendations (February)

VIII. Draft and submit report (March)
